ok... im not a thermogenic user.... beacuse i beilve in the old fashion way of loosing weight....

but last month... onward... iv had a few injuries... that stop me from entering the gym...... and from cooking my 7 meals.... so cause of that im eating my moms desi cooking :( and not working out a single bit. so i need a way to keep my body fat where it is. :anxious:

i used a bottle of SAN tight.... after a full bottle... i lost 3 lbs... :neutral:... but i gotton shit loads of energy.... some times... too much energy... *i worked out 3 times with SAN Tight... then got injurred... and my bench went up 5lbs and more reps..... side affects : heartrate is crazy.... mine shot up thru the rooof.... never take it b4 sleep..... i did it once.. and i was up all nite because i can hear the pounding of my heard.... and some minor pimple break outs on my back.... nothing big.... thats about it....

mayB the formula of SAN wasnt made for me.... but i still recommend it... cheap and has 60 servings.

DAY ONE : took 1 serving 30min befor breakfast, ate breakfast.... and it kept me "full" for 4 hrs... usualy breakfast only lasts 3. and i had energy through out the day ... then took another serving at around 4 *this serving was injuction with my CISSUS RX for my dislocated shoulder... i dont know if they counter act each other or not .... still no craving for food.... and plenty of energy.

now.... i dont know how much of this was my muscle.... since i havnt been working out.... but i still tried as hard as i can to keep my protien and EFA requirements. but.... shit happens :(... i realy hope this is a beginners luck thing... because there is no way im gonna allow my self to loose 5lbs every 4 days.... it scares me.... and im paranoid about loosing my muscle.

continueing : same dosage.

side notes : never had any cases of fast heartrate.... evrything seems normal... cept the fact im wide awake and alert... no jittery feeling... nothing. this stuff is awesome.... and not a single pimple ....

its a company name


and... i derno... i dont recommend fat burners... even tho im using it... especialy for 1 or 2 vanity pounds..


im just bored right now... so im testing shit out..and have money to burn ...

LOL joe you're expecting a proper log on here?

anyways, thermogenics are to be taken an hour before cardio or something, that's the whole point man, to use as an aid so you run more with a higher metab, and then you loose more weight.

i got too lazy...

but

i wish i could do cardio...



but doc said im allowed to hit the weights slowly from mayish onward... im gonna try that...

i use my shoulders.... and i cant realy move them


well i only like to run..i dont ike other forms of cardio.... other than sex.
