Should Prince Harry go to war? The newly commissioned officer says he wants to fight alongside other British soldiers in Iraq. Is the front line the right place for royalty?

In Prince Harry's case, it should be up to him since he's not first in line for the throne. Even if he was, royalty of old were soldiers as much as they were kings and they lead their armies into battle. Harry should have every right to serve in his country's military if he wants to.

Following in the footsteps of his Uncle and Grandfather, oh and a few hundred years of genetics. Fair play to him, at least he's got the stones to put his money where his mouth is.

There are civilians thats still complaining about Bush doesn't send his kids off to war when they are over 18 and ours is a volunteer service.... no one have to join, so why should his girls?
