-The season series advantage for Indiana is misleading, as none of the games really featured either current roster. Indiana won a game early with Artest, lost one without Artest or Peja and other injuries, and won again later with Vince Carter only playing 9 minutes
-This matchup features a team with two long winning streaks (New Jersey) and one team that has only one 3 and one 4 game winning streak to its credit (Indiana)
-New Jersey relies heavily on its starters and has no one that comes off the bench that brings signifgant points, while Indiana is one of the deepest if not the deepest team in the league
-New Jersey tends to rely on rebound by committee with everyone getting their share but no one dominating

Pacers in 7. I think it will be a close toughs series. The Pacers have far more depth and far better rebounders than the Nets. I believe the Nets big three is good enough to pull through...but this series could go either way.

The Pacers have been underachieving, but they have enough weapons to give the Nets huge problems on either end. RJ's D on Peja will be a key.
