What do you guys and girls eat from morning to night? Are you all drinking 8 glasses of water a day? How many time do you eat fast foods in a week/month? How many meals do you eat in a day? TELL US!

i eat fast food atleast evry other day for lunch, i know its not good but i got the fast metabolism workin for me

Nice. If you do play ball every other day or everyday, you shouldn't be worry about fast foods. High carbs shall give you some cuts and yes whatever you were eating may have boost up your metabolism to burns those adipose tissues in ya.

ye i play ball all the time nd run on the track...my moms nd my grandma always yell at me to eat more so i can gain more wieght, they tell me that i wont find a nice indian girl, its madd funny i know.

Haha I know what you mean. So you wouldn't take any dietary supplements for weight gainers? To promote muscle cells and expand the tissues... etc

Home cooked food which basically includes meat red/white both.
More than 8 glasses of water and fresh orange juice.
Fast food in a month that too rarely.
2/4 daily meals :anxious:

Rarely eat fast food
Eat a lot of meat, veggies and fruits and probably down 12-16 cups of water a day.
Pretty straight up eating habits.

Oh man, i have one good hearty meal a day. Sometimes i'll come home and cook, but most of the time my momma has something desi prepared. In the morning my dad makes this egg burritos for me, which i love! And i'll grab a bottle of water and a Capri sun. I suck at the 8 glasses of water a day thing, but i'll eat my fruit and veggies :D

This is what I took mostly in a day. Feel free to comment on it.
1 chicken breast with 1 cup of steamed brown rice and 1 small salad.
Turkey sandwich with whole brown bread
10 ounces of top round steak with 2 boiled red potatoes and a cup of no fat cottage cheese
Egg white omelet with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
10 ounces of tuna fish with 2 cups of whole wheat pasta and 1 small salad.

I always eat yogurt, blueberries, cashew nuts, oatmeal with fruits and vegetables. These foods really helped me to have a better and healthier life.

Hi STYLE,
We all know healthy food is really important but most of them don't follow which becomes the reason of overweight and obesity in future. Here you have raised a good question which shows how much we all love to eat foods we don't care what food we eat. I am from those guys who loves to eat tasty and healthy. Morning i Starts with 3 egg white and oranges some time i changes fruits and some nuts, I don't like to eat heavy meal and full my self but feels much better when i eat less and more time. For staying full i drink lots of water which keeps my body hydrated and gives me energy, I prefer pizza some times and have dinner outside once in a month this is what i prefer when it comes to eating.
