should practices be more focused on fundamentals like form tackling, ect...Or should they be more focused on strength and conditions like sprints and pushups..and do state championship programs focus on like one of the over the other? discuss

we had an awesome season, lost the winning game for state champs. We're in the 4a division. I personally thing they should be more focused on fundamentals, cuz obviously the guys that are playing football are already fit for it. By taking weights and stuff the guys are normally already prepared for the running part not to mention they have conditioning all summer long before season actually starts.

Kentucky High Schools don't have divisions in football but they do in derbys.

My old HS 'Penn HS' from Indiana had a superb football program since from the last time I heard that HS have won 114 straight conference games and holds an 89 game regular season win streak and a 22 game playoff win streak. That HS have been ranked nationally 12 times.. I remember our home games barely lost in my 4 yrs there. Class 6A... Coach Chris Geesman with an overall record of 339-66. Check him out... :D
