Thats good. Alway keep yourself maintain so you can live healthy forever. You can try to work out in your bedroom after you wake up... on empty stomach do some yoga workouts or stretching techniques front of the mirror. Tip breathe out in a way where you can feel the stomach tighten and start working out. After a 20-30 mins of your morning workouts.. drink a glass of water. Remember at least 8 glasses of water in a day will show you the best result. So ya you can do this before your first class in the morning! Trust me if you keep doing this everyday with good dietary meals... you will thanks me for this!

7 meal a day.... was on 4000cal of 40/40/20 .... then dropped too 3500.... soon when arm gets better gonna be 3000cal of 60/20/20 pro/car/fat *cutting stage*
was on 5day split , one muscle perday
now as soon as arm get better... gonna jump on 3day split with 3day cardio HITT or endurance.... w.e my mood..
chest/bi back/tri leg/shoulder <--- debating on whether it should be 4day split and give legs its own day..... hmmm

DB press 85lbs dumbells reps 5?

squat maxed on 400ish *i have weak legs :(
shrugs 105lbs dumbells 4 reps
lateral raise 35-40lbs DB
shoulder press , 65lbs dumbells... havnt tried higher... afraid of popping shoulder.... has happend before... *cries*
never deadlifted... :(.... ymca that i go to has stupid rules.... meh... but its only 30$ flat no deposit
backexcersises are all done on machines.... so i cant realy say much since everymachine is differnt...
if i can give one advice.... its keep ur workouts SHORT and HEAVY... never more than 45-60min TOPS... 2-3 sets per muscle of heavy no more than 6reps possible weights.... its worked wonders on me...
and dont skimp on running... push ur self.
have ne questions... PM... this is kinda my hobbie/life/priority.... im obsessed.

yes i have starting working out. I do 40 mins of cardio/fat burn. then i switch between the treadmill and a rowing machine every other dayfor 60 minutes. Lift weights to train my biceps/triceps. 100 crunches, 50 situps. Hitting the shower afterwards feels great :)

haha if there's ever a thread that says, "what do you love about yourself the most" id say my abs. Its not a pac or anything, i get grossed out with girls who have that. I just like keeping it toned, just a nice firm bed :D

I was about to fall in luv wid weights before I pulled a back muscle and had to stop that ever since....but crunches, well dumbells, curls, fly and some runnin whoa I luv to runnin...go swimmin once in a while....its good 2 keep fit...keep ur mind fit....n urself in demand :D :)

go find ur BMR ... add a good 800 calories to it... and continue to eat that much *bmr + 800 *... first make it 300 then 500 .. thne 800 ... after about a month on 800... jump on to 1000... and stay there
while ur on this diet... make sure its atleast 6 meals a day... 40/40/20 split ... carbs protien fat *google is ur friend... learn more about.. calories per gram of carb , protien , fat... do ur math... and work with the result
and now that u know how much ur supposed to eat.... make sure u eat it but make sure its clean food.... so u dont gain fat... insted only lean mass.....
go to any fitness forum... they will give u a list of all the clean foods allowed.... and find out the nutritional value of those foods... and plug it in to diet accordingly
work out 3 days a week... with basic 3 day split..... go to a fitnes forum and find out what that is too....
have plenty of rest... and atleast a gallon of water.... 1.5 is better
keep a log of what u do.... u should be doing good....
do ur own research.... that way ull know if u realy wanna do it.. if ur motivated enough .. etc....

it lasted a few months for me... then i realized im a genious... and i can memorize it all in my head..
now if u give me a few min... i can calculate exactly how much calories/carbs/protien/fats... i ate all day... *well an estimate... *

I have been jogging and hitting gym regularly since last 6 months and lost 35 lbs with exercise and diet meals.
I do 5 miles jogging in the morning and hit gym in the evening for an hour.
