if you are using an avatar, make sure it matches your main site picture and your user status is approved. If you use anything else it will be removed and avatar will be disabled for you.
You can put the other stuff in your sig, please follow the sig rules.
PS: I have now truned on pictures in sigs.

Were you aware about its size? 150 by 200 pixels at the max

Did you recheck the size? If you are checking it by using the paintshop... find out the size by looking at its attributes. Lemme know if I can be any help.. just email me your attachment and I will do it for ya.
