Why shouldn't they be recognized as felons, after all they are breaking the law. If you want to stop the inflow of illegal immigrants you need a deterrent, just sending them back and doing nothing won't help...

Wow, that's kind of nerve racking. History repeating itself? I'm not down with the whole forced labor thing and even though i think it's right to take some sort of measure to decrease the amount of entrance to the states, that whole idea is a little more serious than i thought. Is that the states' idea of threatening immigrants to stay out?

werd. you guys dont realize how this effects the overall economy and what a strain it puts on the tax payers. sure they are cheap labor and will do the jobs no one else does but the fact that they often lack health insurance, car insurance, live in houses and groups of 20 at a time and create like super barrios is no cool. i feel bad for them because they are poor and what not, but it hurts the country as a whole. this is lessening our quality of life by having to share and feed these illegals. if yall niggaz know about lifeboat ethics then it will make some sense.

I'm pretty sure the US has been tryna help Mexico and their economy since forever, but have they taken any stronger steps recently to help them out?Obviously Mexico lacks oppurtunity, thats why these guys are jumping fences to get over here. I was talking to my dad about the whole ordeal. He gets very heated about these kinds of topics. Besides if he could help it, he'd be mexican. I'm not sure what you are talking about with the "hating on the desis" part.

And I'm referring to every single desi who acts like we are US citizens that are being asked to decide the legal fate of brown immigrants. I think while most of us brown desis are americans on paper, in reality this isnt our choice. The choice is in the hands of white politicians and white voters. So I think its pathetic to see desis acting like we are whites debating on this issue when in reality these same REAL white voters who are actually the ones with this political power would vote for all of us to just get up and leave the country.

And as far as muslim desis I am sure the jews want us all out because we are muslims! They dont want the muslim population to grow in america but most especially they dont want the FOB muslim population to grow in america. And it should be obvious why. In fact there was a deportation program in 2003 that was created to deport all FOBs who came here from muslim countries.
