Beside religions view on pork, the meat isn't healthy for anyone comparing to red/white meats. But red meats aren't healthy either... so I stick to white meats. I would go in detail about how a farmer have gone thru when a farmer has to clean a slab of pork in a boiling pot of water. But I rather not... thats how bad it is. :ugh:
