Oh wow! Thats tyte! Wish you all the best... I thought about opening a restaurant or a sidewalk cafe in either Paris or here in the States (Cali) long time ago but something came into my way. I remember that I had to get a license for Food/Beverage.. stuff like that.

So how will it be like for you? Are you going to be a manager for most restaurants that are looking for to buy food/bevs?

I'll come work for you, lol. yeah i really want to open up my own business or franchise...not sure about it being a restaurant, yet...Hotels are pretty kewl to, might look into that, but yeah i can do anything from banqueting and catering, to being a manager of a restaurant, stock controller...Maybe go into finance or something, i originally wanted to be a chef, so maybe i'll concentrate on that or change my direction completely. I really want to take a year off and focus on my Art coz i've neglected it these past few years... I dunno , we'll see :D

Art? As in drawing, pastel works, chalking... ? If so, I love arts! I was a hardcore drawer/pastel drawing when I was in HS.. but my parents were the one that pulled me off the boat because they were like you won't get anywhere if you keep on drawing. ERR NOT TRUE! Well sometime a desi parents would't understant what their kids wants other than wanting them to become a doc/engineer because thats what they think it makes good money. Well ahem... business person can make more than that. Even mortgage broker can make up to 20k a month (where I was for a year in Cali :tongue: )

Anyway ya stay focus and you will be somewhere successfully :king:

I try my best at cooking, but i hate recipes :) theres no freedom!! Love the pastry section tho, that i must admit is my favourite.. making desserts i feel is way more rewarding than a beef fillet :p and i love how everything is delicate, it takes real care to produce something that not only looks good but tastes good too and Yeah Art as in Drawing, i don't paint much, never really got that skill "down" but i love working in charcoal, spraypaint, pencil..mixed media in general like using photocopies...just layering, lol

I'll probably end up doing an MBA, i want to do it, but i know my dad wants me to do it, so we'll see. lol =)
