Why would a girl act interested, give you her number or exchanged numbers, to make plans to go out and then........ just totally blow you off acting like she doesn't remember who you were?!?

Is this girl a psycho, drunk where she cannot remember, or she knew but had to show off to her friends that she have collected your numbers? Or what do you think?
