Who would buy a traditional frozen packaged from desi grocery store or a general store nationwide (I don't know if you knew that) when you have a mother or yourself that can cook at home? Desi frozed packaged from the grocery stores are pretty much like Chinese foods where they may not taste well after you thawed them... belch!

OLIVE GARDEN is one of the best Italian's restaurants! Mm! And check out a fast food Italian eatery Fazoli's... free breadsticks are yummy but watch out for the carbs!

Thats why you should exercise to use those carbs to give you cuts.. if you know what I am talking about. Desi foods are the worst... I have cut down my taste in desi foods while back but that doesn't mean I am avoiding them. They are one of my favorite dishes... I can only eat heavy foods twice a week. Everything else are more like high fibers, fruits, white meat.. etc

Atkins is some kind of dietary programs where a person will have to follow every single day to get a result... can not really skip the program. I am not up for it anyway.. haha
