Here goes the 6 habits for healthy skin.
Hi friends,
Here goes some tips for your skin to remain healthy.
1.Over-Exercising-Don't do over exercise.
2.Staying Out of the Sun-as from sun we get vitamin d so stay with it but not for the long time.
3.Antibacterial Soaps and Gels-use these as well as use normal soaps too.
4.Sleeping-take 8 hours sleep.
5.Air Conditioning-air conditioning feels great on a hot,humid summer day.Don't sit and breathe in cold recycled air all day and night long. The air may contain bacteria and germs and certainly all kinds of particles of dust. Every few hours, turn the air off, open the windows, go for a walk outside and breathe in the fresh air.
6.Organic Food: While organic foods - such as fruits, vegetables and packaged goods - tend to be expensive, the real problem is that unless you eat them directly from the farm, they to can contain pesticides or be processed. Make sure to read the labels of the food you are purchasing carefully even if you are buying them from the health food store. Foods don't need to be "organic" but should be healthy.

Maintain healthy and balanced diet plan,
Drink plenty of water,
Apply moisturizer after a warm face wash,
Apply sun block specially before going under the sun,
Do workout regularly,
Take vitamins and minerals more in your diet plans,
Avoid scrubbing and washing too hard.

To maintain a beautiful skin, it is really important to sleep properly. If we do this, our skin will be firm, radiant, colorful, and better at retaining moisture. But inappropriate sleep brings a slack, baggy, pale, dull, dry and flaky skin.

Taking care of your skin will help you to fight with premature aging problem and other large number of skin problem. You can try some natural way to take care of your skin ie; dry brush exfoliation is a best way to keep your skin fresh if it is done before shower it will help to remove dead cells. Having healthy diet is really important so you will get proper vitamins and minerals. Drink lots of water it helps to eliminate waste products from your body. Eat food which are high in fiber like apple, grains, cauliflower, beans etc.
