Anyone in here actually take care of their bodies and what not through eating well and working out?

i loveeeeeeee to run and play soccer and volleyball. i still run 3x a day, which i like to keep on a low cuz then people are like blah u dont need to, you know? lol. otherwise i am tryin to eat healthy although I HAVE A WEAKNESS FOR ITALIAN RAINBOW COOKIES AND HONEY BBQ FRITO TWISTS. ahhh thinkin about the 2 make me get so excited.

These days deiss are evolving in the west

But yeah, I love hittin up the gym,sometimes i gotta drag myself there but once i get tehre its great

3 times a day is quite a bit,bu tim sure its good for girls since they ahve a different build then men (men risk losing muscle mass by running too much)

All i know is chili cheese fritos kick bbq frito twist's ass

i use to run track and play basketball when i was in school

i loveeee the feelin u get after workin out..so refreshing

I use to get cut from the basketball team a lot and football team in high school.

But besidse getting cut from sports a lot I didn't really start taking advantage of working out until I was almost done with high school and with that I have been doing MMA and Muay Thai for the past 5 years or so and doing Martial arts on a whole, for nearly as long as I can remember

ye i got cut from the ball team a couple times but i still play with the pplz on the team after school nd watnot. ive been cut only cuz the bball coach hates me.newayz im out

any form of physical activity is good

about gettin cut, dont take it to heart...my brother is sooooo good at sports..with basketball, yea he may lack height..but if they saw how he played and gave no thought to his height and skin color..he woulda been a star

I graduated several years ago lol so its okay


you think they didnt let him play because of his skin color? I didnt quite understandf

as far as workin out ...been too busy lately to do it..workin full time and attending skool full time it's not easy to take the time to go to the gym...still fit though...as far as sports i like boxing and was in a league for about 4 years ...but quit due to lack of time........

but color wise..i lived in north carolina when i was younger..it was either black or white on the team...no room for others..when i asked why my brother didnt make the team..they never had an answer

lol i meant 3x a wk sometimes ill run 3x a day for like 10 mins each lol.

According to me that Being healthy is not at all about dieting its all about what you eat and how you metabolise it . For the health exercise is a must and it should be in a regular and continuous form. A discontinuous form of exercise can be a curse. so always do a regular work-out (exercise) and consume good balanced food (avoid junk food).Another great secret of good health is drinking lot of water its just a boon for good health.
So, get going on your track of achieving good health.

Some tips for you to stay active, fit and healthy.
Do exercise or yoga regularly,
Measure your progress,
Stay active whole day,
Avoid stress and depression,
Stop smoking,
Avoid alcohol and other stimulants,
Eat healthy food diet,
Drink more water,
Take proper sleep.

Well, I'm very health conscious. I'm wakes up early in the morning. I'm always go for walking at 6.30 a.m. After that I goes to gym for heavy weight exercise. I suggest you that if you want to live long that you must do some exercise.

I love spending time in gym and taking care of my diet regularly. It's not possible for busy people as i have tried when i was very busy but you can maintain your diet and if can't go for gym you can do some out door activities which will keep you fit and healthy. The most important thing is your diet which will help you to fight from many health problem, so maintaining it is really important.
Avoiding unhealthy food can be easy at that same time you can eat fruits which are full of nutrition and vitamins and a best way to stay fit.
