Maximum Weight for Main lifts

Just curious to say what all of us rank in terms of our max bench and max squat

im a DUMbell presser... and now im at 85lbs DBs

How low are you going on the squats? I realizeed that my whole life I haven't been going low enough because this year for our bhangra team performance I wasn't able to get in the lowest squatting position and lift up a 150 lb dude on my shoulders without using my back and Abs

I haven't maxed out on anything for a long time...

I rep 175 on bench like 6 times...

I have strong triceps but weak ass biceps...

I maxed on squats like 265 lbs like 2 years ago....generallywhen you squat your thighs should be parallel to the ground...

meh... iv only been doing paralell.... i need to start doing ass to the grass squats... i doubt i can ever get to 450 on those... its 10x harder.... owell.. im not a leg man... i isuck at em...
